The gardens on the barges include apple trees, herbs and a lavender walk complete with happy bees. The many visitors are walking around smiling, intrigued by the quirky creativity of this garden. |

It was easy to see why this garden is so popular and why the
Barge community won their public inquiry! Lovely garden, oodles of volunteers, novelty value and Nick Lacey welcoming everyone and answering all the questions! Well worth the journey.

Amazing how they get all those different plants and even trees to grow on the barges. Very friendly volunteers as well. |
