Description:
The gardens here, on the northern boundary of the Ladbroke Estate, date back to 1863. They have retained their Victorian character with lawns, trees and border shrubs, and a delightful perimeter path. They are shared by the residents of Blenheim and Elgin Crescents, Ladbroke Grove and Clarendon Road (running between the two crescents) on the west side of Ladbroke Grove.
