Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park was created to host the highly successful London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. Since the Games, the park has been transformed to become one of London’s most exciting new tourist attractions.
The Park reopened to the public in 2014, and since then millions of visitors have enjoyed its gardens, landscaping and state-of-the-art sporting venues every year. It is also at the heart of the redevelopment of east London, and is already providing thousands of homes and tens of thousands of jobs. Entry to the park is free and it is open every day.
